Shipping Information – India
- We provide free shipping on all orders within India with a minimum purchase of INR 5000.
- For orders below INR 5000, a shipping fee of INR 90 will be applied.
- We work with our delivery partners to have your order shipped to you safely. We ship via Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, Ecom Express etc.
- All orders are shipped using standard shipping and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of shipment.
- Delivery to metro locations is usually faster.
- COD option is available in selective locations (most) in India. Please check availability during checkout.
- There is a COD charge of INR 300 for all COD orders.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Shipping Information
- We aim to dispatch all orders within the shipping time mentioned on the product page.
- Paksha does not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- While we aim to process your orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt.
- Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 weeks, including processing time. However, some orders may take longer if the item needs to be made or procured.
- While we try to ship all items in your order together, it may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
- All shipments are fully insured and require signature and proof of ID upon delivery.
- Our customer service team may contact you for additional information if required.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
- Please note that there may be slight differences between product images and the final product due to lighting, stone color, plating color, and other factors.
- If you receive a defective product, contact our customer support at care@paksha.com for immediate resolution. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy for more details and eligibility.
Insurance
- All orders are insured during the time they are in transit until they are delivered.
- A signature and proof of ID are required upon delivery.
- Once the order is delivered and signed for, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
