Returns and exchanges are accepted when the product is in perfect condition and are not passed more than 7 days from the delivery date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the product. All the customized products and clearance items are always on final sale. All returns must be sent to our Houston return service center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. At Paksha, we only use sterling silver, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. Silver that is regularly used typically needs less care. Thus, we strongly encourage you to wear our exquisite pieces more often.

Using a soft cloth, gently rub the jewelry several times. Then rinse it thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove any dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
