At Paksha, we only work with high-quality materials, from precious metals to authentic gemstones. All our jewellery is handcrafted with 925 hallmarked silver, precious gemstones, and semi-precious stones.

How secure is the store?
All payments are processed via Shopify Payments, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Shopify Payments uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Shopify Payments securely shares your order and delivery details with us but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
How would i know if your products are genuine?
It is a standard practice for jewellery to be stamped or etched with markings indicating metal content. These stamps, hallmarks, and trademarks are usually located in inconspicuous areas on the jewellery so as not to detract from the design. All of Paksha’s jewellery comes with a 925-silver hallmarks tamp and an authenticity certificate.
Are the colors of products shown on your website true?
While we strive to ensure that the color of our jewellery and gemstones are shown on the website are close to the real tones, the accuracy depends on the color display and resolution of your device.
What warranties do you offer?
All the products you buy at Paksha.com come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of any queries or complaints, send us an email atcare@paksha.com.
Orders

What is your exchange/return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted when the product is in perfect condition and are not passed more than 7 days from the delivery date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the product. All the customized products and clearance items are always on final sale. All returns must be sent to our Houston return service center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. As proof of your return, we recommend that you always save the shipping receipt from the carrier. Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund. Can I change/cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to return a product, you have to begin the returns procedure once you have received the item. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our Customer Support Team atcare@paksha.comwith your order number and your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with details of your order including a tracking number. You can go to our shipping partner’s website and track your order from there.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest – however, we do strongly recommend creating an account. Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Paksha account:

How long will delivery of my order take?
All Paksha products are made to order and ships within 2-3 weeks. However, if you would like to expedite the order, feel free to contact our customer support team to request an expedition or options for ready-to- ship products.

How do I reset my password?
Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the log-in screen and mention your email address. You will immediately receive a ‘reset password’ link on your registered email ID with us.

How should I store my jewellery?
All our Paksha jewellery comes packaged in a box inside a cotton pouch. Continue storing it in this to keep your jewellery safe and away from humidity.
How can I clean my jewellery?
At Paksha, we only use sterling silver, one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals. Silver that is regularly used typically needs less care. Thus, we strongly encourage you to wear our exquisite pieces more often.
Using a soft cloth, gently rub the jewellery several times. Then rinse it thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove any dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Please note chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.
