  • Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is returned in the exact condition it was received (unworn, with original packaging and tags).
  • The return will be rejected if any of the product tags are removed or altered.
  • All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale/Sale Section products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Before returning a Paksha product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made and review our return policy.
  • Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in Kolkata and Jaipur, and each piece may vary slightly from one another and from the product images on the website.
  • There may also be slight variations in the color of the stones.
  • All products go through stringent quality checks before shipping, and we take every effort to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Please contact our customer care team to resolve any issues before initiating a return or exchange.

Steps To Make A Return/Exchange

  • Please initiate the Return/Exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at care@paksha.com. Include product images for evaluation. Requests after 7 days will be rejected.
  • Include photographs of the product along with original tags and packaging. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
  • Customers in the USA will be instructed to return the product to our USA office. Customers in India will ship to our India workshop.
  • For exchange requests, our support team will process the exchange order and you will receive an order and shipping confirmation.
  • Refunds (in case of returns) will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
  • We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and applicable tax (if any). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Returns & Exchange Policy (Promotional Orders) Orders placed between 5th April – 20th April, 2026 under the Free Coin promotional offer are eligible for exchange only. In case you wish to request a change, we are happy to offer a complimentary exchange for products of the same or higher value. Returns (refunds) are not applicable on orders where the promotional benefit has been availed.
