Steps To Make A Return/Exchange
- Please initiate the Return/Exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at care@paksha.com. Include product images for evaluation. Requests after 7 days will be rejected.
- Include photographs of the product along with original tags and packaging. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
- Customers in the USA will be instructed to return the product to our USA office. Customers in India will ship to our India workshop.
- For exchange requests, our support team will process the exchange order and you will receive an order and shipping confirmation.
- Refunds (in case of returns) will be issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card statement.
- We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and applicable tax (if any). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns & Exchange Policy (Promotional Orders) Orders placed between 5th April – 20th April, 2026 under the Free Coin promotional offer are eligible for exchange only. In case you wish to request a change, we are happy to offer a complimentary exchange for products of the same or higher value. Returns (refunds) are not applicable on orders where the promotional benefit has been availed.
