All of Paksha’s jewelry comes with a 925-silver hallmark stamp and an authenticity certificate.

Returns and exchanges are accepted when the product is in perfect condition and are not passed more than 7 days from the delivery date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the product. All the customized products and clearance items are always on final sale. All returns must be sent to our Houston return service center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity.
