It is a standard practice for jewelry to be stamped or etched with markings indicating metal content. These stamps, hallmarks, and trademarks are usually located in inconspicuous areas on the jewelry so as not to detract from the design. All of Paksha’s jewelry comes with a 925-silver hallmark stamp and an authenticity certificate.

All the products you buy at Paksha.com come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of any queries or complaints, send us an email atcare@paksha.com.

Returns and exchanges are accepted when the product is in perfect condition and are not passed more than 7 days from the delivery date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the product. All the customized products and clearance items are always on final sale. All returns must be sent to our Houston return service center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to return a product, you have to begin the returns procedure once you have received the item.
